Princess Knight, Barbarian Bride is a fantasy adventure with romantic tension, where the heroine is both a symbol of power and a person who wants freedom. The series shows the clash of cultures through everyday life, customs, humor and dangerous trials when the princess has to prove that she is not an ornament, but a partner. The barbarian leader, in turn, learns to respect her strength and see her as a person, not a trophy. The story contains many adventures, duels, intrigues and moments where trust is born in battle and in shared responsibility for people. This anime is about love, which begins with misunderstanding, and about a union that becomes real only when both stop playing roles and choose each other consciously.
